    He is the Managing Director of the company and has more than 15 years of experience in construction industry.The credit of introducing the Duplex Apartment / House style of construction in Varanasi goes to him. He gives a lot of emphasis on energy conservation, environment friendly landscaping, water harvesting, safety from natural calamity and prosperous and healthy living concept of Vastushastra in all his projects. The design of an 80ft high Buddha Statue which has been installed on a 50ft high platform at Thai Bodh Vihar in Sarnath is one of his achievements and this is the tallest Abhaya Mudra Statue of Lord Buddha.

    He is Director of Sanrachna Infraprojects Pvt Ltd and possesses an experience of more than 37 years in top management construction industry. He has done his B.E.(Civil Engg.), and M.I.E. Before joining Sanrachna, he has been working as the consulting engineer and M.D. of reputed companies in Chennai. He has also been associated with various renowned construction companies in the major cities of India. Sanrachna is enjoying his vast expertise in Project Planning & execution of various projects. Final draft shaping of micro scheduling of activities related to execution and resources in multiple projects. Coordinating with Client’s for project policy matters for Various Projects of the company.
